Correctional Alternative Placement Program (Capp)

The Correctional Alternative Placement Program facility commenced operations on July 1, 2010, constructed and managed by Management Training Corporation. CAPP delivers comprehensive treatment services for substance abuse and cognitive difficulties to a maximum of 432 male offenders classified as low to moderate risk. The facility accommodates three categories of offenders: probationers, parolees, and those under retained jurisdiction.
