Aarp Idaho

AARP actively supports advocacy, education, and community service initiatives throughout states and communities. The organization collaborates with both private and public sectors to enhance the quality of life for its members and all older Americans (aged 50 and above). Staff and volunteers work with the State Legislature on issues impacting older individuals, such as utilities, hunger, and affordable healthcare access. AARP Idaho mobilizes volunteers alongside local partners to conduct community outreach, focusing on educating seniors about mental acuity and planning for financial and health security. Additionally, AARP addresses senior hunger, helps prevent seniors from falling victim to fraud and scams, and provides caregiving resources.
