This service assists consumers and local businesses in resolving disputes without going to court. Participation requires businesses to be members of the BBB. It employs various methods of dispute resolution, including conciliation, mediation, and arbitration.

Intake Process: You can either call to obtain a complaint form or submit one online.

Fees: There is no charge to file a complaint. Mediation and arbitration services are complimentary for Accredited Businesses; however, if the business is not Accredited, there is a fee of $300 that can be shared by either party, which must be settled before the hearing occurs.
