Health West Clinic - Downey

Health West Downey is a reputable non-profit health facility situated at 79 N. Main St. in Downey, ID. Our goal is to empower individuals and communities by delivering affordable, high-quality, patient-focused healthcare. We provide a wide array of primary care services for families, including wellness check-ups, behavioral health support, chronic illness management, insurance enrollment help, immunizations, physical examinations, injury care, women's health services, and pediatric care. Health West operates several pharmacies across Idaho and can send prescriptions directly to patients in the Downey region. While appointments are necessary, we aim to facilitate prompt healthcare access by offering same-day and next-day appointments. We accept all major commercial insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare, and we provide a sliding fee scale based on family size and income to ensure care remains affordable. Additionally, we offer programs to help lower prescription costs. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
