Health West Clinic - Downey

Health West Downey is a reputable, non-profit health facility situated at 79 N. Main St. in Downey, ID. Our goal is to empower both our patients and the community by delivering quality, affordable, and patient-centered healthcare proactively. We provide a wide array of primary care services for families, which include wellness check-ups, behavioral health support, chronic illness management, assistance with insurance enrollment, immunizations, physical examinations, injury treatment, women’s health services, and pediatric care. Health West operates several pharmacies across Idaho and offers mail-order prescriptions for patients in the Downey vicinity. While appointments are necessary, we aim to facilitate prompt healthcare access with same-day and next-day appointment options. We accept all major commercial insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, and have a sliding fee scale based on household size and income to make care more affordable.
