The Regional Children and Family Services Program assesses reports of child abuse, neglect, or abandonment and provides essential services to meet family requirements when needed. This program evaluates reported incidents, which may involve assessments of family members and the affected child. It also facilitates counseling for victims, parents, abusers, and others involved, with no fees for child protective services. Additionally, the program licenses foster homes and offers some adoption services, and is managed by the Division of Family and Community Services. Services are available in English.
