Health West - Isu

Health West ISU is a reputable, non-profit health facility situated at 465 Memorial Drive in Pocatello, ID. Our goal is to empower both patients and communities by delivering high-quality, affordable, patient-focused healthcare. We provide a wide array of primary care services for families, which includes wellness exams, behavioral health support, care coordination, chronic disease management, assistance with insurance enrollment, immunizations, physicals, and injury treatment. Additionally, we offer specialized services such as DEXA bone density testing, diabetic management, prenatal care, labor and delivery services, pediatric care, psychological assessments, and vasectomies. While appointments are necessary, we aim to facilitate timely healthcare access with same-day and next-day appointments. Health West accepts all major commercial insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare, and we also provide a sliding fee scale based on household size and income to maintain affordability. Furthermore, we offer programs designed to help lower prescription costs. We provide services in both English and Spanish.
