The Idaho Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired - Pocatello offers three rehabilitation programs: Vocational Rehabilitation, Independent Living, and State Only. The Vocational Rehabilitation Program equips individuals with the necessary training to secure or retain employment, along with financial aid and counseling services. The Independent Living program caters to those who do not have a vocational goal but face challenges to their independence at home, with family, or in the community. Lastly, the State Only program offers financial support aimed at preventing blindness and facilitating sight restoration.
