Acerca de este recurso
The Industrial Commission oversees the regulation of workers' compensation in Idaho, including the licensing of companies that provide workers' compensation policies. It resolves conflicts between injured employees and insurance providers, handles appeals related to unemployment decisions from the Idaho Department of Labor, and ensures that employers maintain the necessary workers' compensation coverage as mandated by law. Additionally, the Commission offers free rehabilitation services for Idaho workers who have sustained injuries on the job and administers compensation for innocent victims of crime through the Crime Victims Compensation Program. Services are available in English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Referrals can be initiated by employers, attorneys, workers' compensation insurers, or individuals may also self-refer.
