ISU delivers educational programs for undergraduate and graduate students not just in Pocatello, but also at its centers located in Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, and Boise, as well as to surrounding communities through advanced compressed and IP audio/video technology. Additionally, it manages a regional subsidy program for assistive devices aimed at individuals with hearing impairments, offering one-month free loans of devices that enhance sound and facilitate speech comprehension for various settings, including phone calls, personal interactions, television viewing, and public speaking events. After the initial month, clients can apply for a grant. Services are available in English.
