This initiative provides fundamental educational services to individuals aged 16 and above who are no longer enrolled in K-12 programs, covering GED preparation and testing, literacy assistance, and ESL (English as a Second Language) instruction. While there are fees associated with GED testing and some other services, the majority are offered free of charge. Individual tutoring may be available, though it is not guaranteed. The Adult Basic Education Program is overseen by the Idaho Department of Education. Languages offered include English.
