Pocatello Neighborhood Housing Services is an innovative collaboration among residents, businesses, and government aimed at fostering healthy neighborhoods by supporting affordable housing, home ownership, and community pride. PNHS provides low-interest loans for the renovation and revitalization of homes and properties. Additionally, the program extends low-interest loans to assist individuals in low to moderate income brackets in purchasing homes in designated areas. PNHS also offers educational resources such as home buyer education courses, financial fitness classes, and workshops focused on home improvement. Programs available include Neighborhood Associations, Home Buyer Education, Foreclosure Mitigation, Financial Fitness, Rehab Loans, and more. Services are provided in English.
