The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in assisting Idaho's agricultural and rural populations by offering a variety of services, programs, and research that contribute to the state's growth. Available programs include: 4-H, Weed Control Programs, Family and Consumer Sciences, EFNEP (Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program), Garden and Landscape Management Programs, Youth at Risk Programs, Crops and Horticulture Programs, Money Management and Household Budgeting, Life Skills, Water Quality Testing, Pesticide Applicator Training, and Food Preservation. The primary language for these services is English.
