The Immunization Registry is a free, confidential service that helps individuals track their vaccination history and ensures they receive necessary vaccines. The WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Program provides monthly healthy food vouchers, health screenings, nutrition classes, community program information, and individual counseling with registered dietitians, serving pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, infants, and children under five.
