This initiative provides fundamental educational services for individuals aged 16 and above who are out of the public school system, including preparation and testing for the GED, literacy programs, and ESL (English as a Second Language) instruction. Additionally, career counseling and COMPASS testing are available. These resources aim to assist individuals in securing employment, maintaining their jobs, or advancing to better positions. While there are fees associated with testing and some other services, the majority are provided at no cost. The Adult Basic Education Program is overseen by the Idaho Division of Professional Technical Education. Language support is available in English.
Intake Procedure: Completion of an enrollment form, and either a TABE or CASAS test.
