This program offers fundamental educational services to individuals aged 16 and above who are not in public school, featuring GED preparation and testing, literacy programs, and ESL (English as a Second Language) instruction. Additionally, it provides career counseling and COMPASS testing. These resources aim to assist individuals in securing employment, maintaining their jobs, or advancing to better positions. While there are fees associated with testing and some services, the majority are provided at no cost. The Adult Basic Education Program is managed by the Idaho Division of Professional Technical Education and is conducted in English.
Intake Procedure: Enrollment form, TABE, or CASAS test.
