LIFE advocates for and implements the independent living philosophy, which includes:*Consumer control over decision-making, service delivery, management, and policy formulation.*Self-help and self-advocacy initiatives.*Fostering peer relationships and establishing peer role models.*Ensuring equal access for individuals with disabilities to societal resources, programs, activities, and facilities.*Attendant Care Services. LIFE, INC. serves 19 counties in the southeastern region, providing various resources to help individuals with disabilities enhance or maintain their independence within their homes and communities. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
