St. Luke's Wood River-Center For Community Health

The St. Luke's Center for Community Health serves as a community outreach initiative of the St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center. It offers a range of services including: *Confidential information and referral services for Blaine County and neighboring areas.*clothing vouchers.*Health education programs such as CPR and First Aid, parenting classes, a free 'brown bag lunch' speaker series, and more.*Spanish-speaking clients can access health and wellness education.*A variety of health screenings including depression, cholesterol, and blood pressure checks.*Support groups addressing various health issues. Mental Health Services encompass mental health counseling, substance abuse and psychiatric referrals, along with resources and financial assistance. Services are available in English and Spanish.

Intake Procedure: Clients can either call or visit in person.
