The Connections - Senior

The Connection acts as a vital resource center for older adults in the Wood River Valley, offering numerous services such as trips, in-home care, and a day program for those with Alzheimer's and disabilities (available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 am to 3 pm). Additionally, it features adventure activities, exercise options, educational programs, creative classes, forums, an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, a gift shop, and promotes the concept of 'Aging in Place' within the community. This full-service Community Senior Center also provides transportation, chore assistance, respite care, senior advocacy, meal services, help with insurance, and fitness classes, along with a bi-monthly ear clinic, activities, and travel opportunities.
