Bonneville County Public Defender

The Bonneville County Public Defenders Office is responsible for handling cases assigned by the Bonneville County Courts. To qualify for representation, defendants must be indigent. We take on a range of cases including misdemeanors, felonies, child protection issues, mental commitments, juvenile matters, domestic cases, contempt hearings, guardianships, and extraditions, among others. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., conveniently located at the intersection of Capital and D streets.
