The Regional Developmental Disabilities Program provides a comprehensive array of services tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. These services encompass evaluation, diagnosis, referral, information dissemination, guardianships, commitments, service coordination, respite care, and family support. Additionally, the program offers therapeutic services such as developmental, speech, psychological, physical, and occupational therapy, and shares information about private developmental disability service providers. The Idaho Infant Toddler Program assists children from birth to age three who exhibit developmental delays by offering therapeutic, educational, and supportive services, all at no cost to families. This program also facilitates the transition of services to school districts when the child turns three. The Division of Family and Community Services administers the Regional Developmental Disabilities Program, and services are available in English, with interpreters accessible upon request.
