Family Directed Services - Region 7

The redesigned system aims to deliver a variety of benefits tailored to the needs of children with developmental disabilities, supported collaboratively by the state, provider community, and families. Benefits are available through two distinct 'Pathways.' The 'Traditional Pathway' focuses on creating a balance of services and supports, emphasizing skill development through evidence-based treatment approaches and natural community integration. Families also have the option to 'self-direct services' for their child by utilizing the 'Family-Directed Pathway.'
