BINGHAM COUNTY split - Blackfoot and Shelley are managed by Region 7Navigation, which offers a flexible service lasting 120 days or less, aimed at assisting community members facing temporary instability in locating necessary services and resources as part of a structured plan. **As of 4/10/2012, all referrals for Bingham County (including Blackfoot 83221 and Shelley 83274) will be processed by Region 7.** Languages available: English.
