The Adult Basic Education program caters to individuals aged 16 and older who have exited the school system, as well as adults who have completed their education but seek to improve their foundational skills. There are no tuition fees, and most educational materials are supplied at no cost. The ABE program features an "open entry, open exit" format, enabling learners to advance at their own pace while receiving personalized assistance. Instruction is provided in a lab environment, focusing on essential skills such as basic reading, reading comprehension, spelling, English as a second language, mathematics, and writing. The language of instruction is English.
