In 2024, Caldwell provides warming stations at the Caldwell Public Library located at 1010 Dearborn St, open Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 9:00 pm, Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday from 2 pm to 5 pm. The Caldwell Senior Center at 1009 Everett operates from 9 am to 3 pm.
