The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in supporting Idaho's agricultural and rural communities by offering a range of services, programs, and research critical to the state's growth. Available programs include 4-H, Weed Control, Home Economics, the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), Garden and Landscape Management, Youth at Risk initiatives, Family Resource Management, Crops and Horticulture, First Aid and Safety, Money Management and Household Budgeting, Life Skills, Teen Tutoring, Pesticide Applicator Training, and Food Preservation, as well as Livestock Production. Services are provided in English.
