Southwest District Health offers educational resources and support for individuals living with diabetes. Our team of Registered Dietitians and Certified Diabetes Educators is available to provide expert advice. Additionally, we run a Diabetes Prevention Program. More information can be found at http://www.swdh.org/diabetes-education.asp. Services are available in English, with Spanish interpreters accessible as needed.
