NO CRIMINAL CASES. We assist qualifying low-income residents of Idaho, irrespective of gender, race, sexual orientation, or age. Attorneys at Idaho Legal Aid Service provide legal support in several areas, including: * Domestic Violence: Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support related to divorce cases, and Visitation (only by referral from a Domestic Violence Shelter) * Fair Housing * Health * Some Legal Forms Available Online * Landlord-Tenant issues: Evictions, Repairs, Mobile Home * Migrant * Native American * Protection Orders * Public Housing * Public Entitlements * Social Security/SSI Disability Elder Services. For senior citizens, there are no financial eligibility restrictions for services such as Medicaid eligibility, Probate, Guardianships, and Consumer Fraud. While seniors from any income level can request informational and self-help materials, legal representation requires qualification. Idaho Legal Aid Services does not provide advice on criminal matters. Languages offered include Spanish.
