WIC benefits are designed for pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children until their 5th birthday. The program supports families by offering WIC cards that can be used to purchase healthy supplemental foods from local grocery stores (authorized Idaho WIC vendors), nutrition education, assistance in locating healthcare and community services, as well as breastfeeding information and support. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible as needed.
