The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in aiding agricultural and rural communities throughout the state by offering a range of services, programs, and research critical to development. Available programs include: 4-H, Weed Control Programs, Home Economics, EFNEP (Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program), Garden/Landscape Management, Youth at Risk Programs, Family Resource Management, Crops/Horticulture Programs, First Aid/Safety Programs focused on small business operations, Money Management/Household Budgeting, Life Skills, Teen Tutoring, Water Quality Testing, Pesticide Applicator Training, Food Preservation, and the Latch Key Program. Services are provided in English.
