Head Start (Mountain Home)

Head Start is a nationwide preschool initiative aimed at children from families that meet income eligibility criteria. Local nonprofit organizations manage Head Start centers throughout the country. Enrollment is open for children aged 4 and 5 years. Families must have an income that falls below poverty thresholds, and children should be 4 years old by September 1.
