CHIP - The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) offers affordable health insurance for children under the age of 19 whose family earnings are too high to meet Medicaid requirements. A small monthly premium may apply ($10 or $15, based on income) for each child enrolled in CHIP. Available languages include English, with interpreter services accessible.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted via phone or in person; written applications are necessary.
