The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in supporting the agricultural and rural populations of Idaho by offering various services, programs, and research that contribute significantly to the state's growth. Among the available programs are: 4-H, Weed Control Programs, Health and Wellness initiatives, Food Safety, Garden and Landscape Management, Insect and Spider Identification, Family Resource Management, Crops and Horticulture Programs, First Aid and Safety Programs focused on small business operations, Money Management and Household Budgeting, Life Skills, Pesticide Applicator Training, Food Preservation, Rural Development, Livestock Management, and Computer Literacy. Additionally, Fair Management is included. The primary language for services is English.
