Citylink Paratransit

A collaboration of public entities offers a share-a-ride paratransit service in urban locations such as CdA, Dalton, Hayden, Huetter, and Post Falls, as well as within 3/4 mile of fixed route services. This door-to-door transportation is designed for individuals with disabilities who are unable to utilize standard bus services either occasionally or consistently, provided they have a qualifying disability certified by a healthcare professional. An application is necessary to obtain a card for service access. Van drivers are available to assist with up to four grocery bags, each weighing no more than 25 pounds. The service operates within 3/4 mile of regular bus routes, and individuals residing outside the area may still use the service by first reaching the designated service area.
