The Immunization Registry is a free, voluntary service that keeps track of vaccination history for families and their doctors, ensuring timely vaccinations. The WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) Program provides monthly healthy food vouchers, health screenings, nutrition classes, community referrals, individual counseling with dietitians, breastfeeding support, and educational materials for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, infants, and children under five. General health information and referrals can be obtained via phone or appointment through the Resource Nurse (Helping Hand Medical Access), which may also provide vouchers for acute healthcare needs in collaboration with United Way of Kootenai County.
