Pinewood Village

This program provides subsidized housing for elderly individuals aged 62 and above, along with disabled persons of any age. The apartments are ground level with 1-2 bedrooms, and rent is determined based on income through a Tax Credit system. Residents have access to a community room, and the rent covers water, sewer, and trash services. There are also laundry facilities equipped with affordable washers and dryers. The primary language spoken is English.
