City Link offers space for 2 wheelchairs, 4 standard bicycles, and service animals, with boarding limited to bus stops. The Blue Route serves Post Falls, the Green Route covers Coeur d'Alene, Dalton Gardens, and Hayden, while the Rural Route allows transfers to link routes for all destinations south. The Link Route connects to all destinations south of Coeur d'Alene. Additionally, it connects with the BAT (Benewah Area Transit) in Benewah County and NICE (North Idaho Community Express) in Kootenai County, providing free service in English.
Intake Procedure: There are no specific requirements except for pickups requested for individuals with doctor-certified disabilities within a 3/4 mile radius of the regular route, which necessitates a paratransit application.
