Legal Aid Clinic, University Of Idaho Law School

The Legal Aid Clinic offers legal representation in multiple areas such as family law, consumer protection, small business matters, immigration, and support for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking who cannot afford legal services. Additionally, the Low Income Tax Clinic assists taxpayers earning below 250% of the federal poverty level in disputes with the IRS and conducts outreach for ESL communities. The immigration service aids individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking asylum, permanent residency, citizenship, and protection from deportation. The Small Business Legal Clinic provides advice on establishing business entities, drafting and reviewing confidentiality and employment agreements, evaluating commercial leases, and supporting non-profit organizations with tax-exempt status. Services are available in English.
