CHIP, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program, offers affordable health coverage for children under the age of 19 whose family income exceeds the Medicaid eligibility threshold. A nominal monthly premium may apply ($10 or $15, based on income) for each child enrolled in the program. Services are available in English, and interpreters can be arranged.

Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted via phone or in person; a written application is necessary.
