The Extension Nutrition Program (ENP) serves as Idaho's Food Stamp Nutrition Education initiative. This community-focused program aims to educate low-income adults and children on maximizing their food budgets to create nutritious, affordable meals using food stamps. It is part of the University of Idaho Extension education system and is available in both English and Spanish.
