Among these offerings are: **Winning at Life - a public, Christian-based personal development class; **Boundaries - a program aimed at helping women establish healthy limits in their lives and relationships; and **Strong Girls Club - a supportive group for young girls to acquire skills for healthy living. Available languages include English.
