The Cooperative Extension System at the University of Idaho plays a vital role in assisting the agricultural and rural communities throughout Idaho by offering a variety of services, programs, and research that are crucial for the state's growth. Among the services available are: 4-H, Weed Control Programs, Home Economics, EFNEP (Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program), Garden and Landscape Management Programs, Family Resource Management, Crops and Horticulture Programs, Farm Financial Management, initiatives focused on starting or running a small business, Money Management and Household Budgeting, Life Skills, Teen Tutoring, and Pesticide Applicator Training. Services are provided in English.
