It also offers Labor Market Information, including wage rates, economic trends, employment statistics, and changes within Idaho's industries. Additional resources include recruiting and interviewing facilities, job search workshops focused on interviewing techniques, resume writing, application completion, and various essential skills for today's job market. The One Step Career Center also provides job training and re-employment assistance, support for veterans, unemployment insurance, travel information, and guidance on starting a business, including the benefits of starting or expanding a business in Idaho such as grants.
