These services include: 1) Finding parents. 2) Establishing paternity (the legal bond between a father and child). 3) Setting up or modifying a court order for child and/or medical support. 4) Collecting and documenting child support payments. 5) Enforcing child support responsibilities. A fee of $25.00 is required, with additional charges possible for specialized services, such as legal assistance. The Regional Child Support Program is managed by the Division of Welfare. Services are available in English, with interpreters accessible upon request.
