Family Directed Services - Region 2

The redesigned system aims to deliver a variety of benefits tailored to the needs of children with developmental disabilities, supported collaboratively by the state, provider community, and families. Benefits can be accessed through two distinct 'Pathways.' The 'Traditional Pathway' benefit package focuses on achieving a balance between services and supports, fostering skill development through evidence-based treatment methods and natural community integration. Additionally, families have the option to 'self-direct services' for their child by utilizing the 'Family-Directed Pathway.'
