Snake River Community Clinic, Inc.

Snake River Community Clinic is dedicated to closing the healthcare gap for underserved individuals in the area by offering access to high-quality free and charitable healthcare services. These services encompass medical care (including medications), dental, vision, and behavioral health, along with resources for laboratory testing, basic imaging, and social services. The clinic primarily operates in English, with some ability to assist in Spanish.

Intake Procedure: Patients should obtain an attendance card at 2pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, return with the card at 5:30pm for orientation and paperwork, and then providers will begin seeing patients at 6pm, prioritizing those with the most urgent needs.
