A Fresh Start Recovery Services

The organization provides a variety of services such as mental health counseling, outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, intensive outpatient programs, laboratory drug and alcohol testing, case management, DUI evaluations, drug and alcohol assessments, and transportation. They accept state funding, Medicaid, private insurance, and most other insurance plans. Services are available in English and Mandarin.

Intake can be done via telephone, walk-in, or by appointment.
