The Industrial Commission oversees the regulation of workers' compensation in Idaho, which includes monitoring companies authorized to provide workers' compensation policies. It resolves conflicts between injured employees and insurance providers, handles appeals related to unemployment decisions from the Idaho Department of Labor, and ensures compliance with legal requirements for workers' compensation coverage among employers. Additionally, it offers free rehabilitation services to workers injured on the job and administers compensation for victims of crime through the Crime Victims Compensation Program. Services are available in English and Spanish.
