It resolves conflicts between injured employees and insurance providers, handles appeals regarding unemployment decisions from the Idaho Department of Labor, and guarantees that employers maintain the required workers' compensation coverage. Additionally, it offers free rehabilitation services to workers injured on the job and provides compensation to victims of crime through the Crime Victims Compensation Program. Services are available in English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Referrals can be initiated by employers, attorneys, workers' compensation insurers, or individuals can self-refer.
