CHIP - The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) offers affordable health insurance for children under the age of 19 whose family income exceeds the Medicaid threshold. A small monthly premium may apply ($10 or $15, based on income) for each child enrolled in the program. Services are available in English, and interpreters can be arranged.
Intake Procedure: You can apply by calling or visiting in person; a written application is necessary.
